Zhongsheng Group Holdings (00881) said its profit attributable to owners of the parent for the six-month period ended 30 June 2015 dropped 46.5% year-on-year to Rmb310 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb0.14.
The revenue was Rmb26,887 million, an increase of 0.4% from a year earlier. New car sales volume grew 7.8% to 104,236 units. Gross profit margin dropped 1.1 percentage point year-on-year to 8.5%.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
