South West Eco Development (01908) said it successfully won a bid at the tender for the land use rights of a piece of land located at Wanan Road, Wanfu Community, Luojiang District, Quanzhou, Fujian Province, the PRC offered for sale by way of tender at Rmb143 million.
The company will establish a project company in Quanzhou Municipal, Fujian Province, the PRC for the development of the site.
The site has a total site area of about 22,174 square metres and a planned gross floor area of about 62,087.2 about for residential and commercial use. The land is intended to be developed as a residential and commercial project.
