China Water Affairs (00855) said the Stock Exchange has granted approval to proceed with the proposed spin-off of its concrete business in Jiangxi and Hunan Provinces and its installation business of water pipes and meters in Ningxiang county, Hunan Province.
As the proposed spin-off is at its preparatory stage, no application for such listing has been made and approval by the relevant regulatory authority has yet to be obtained.
