Guangzhou R&F Properties (02777) said the Group's contracted sales for September amounted to about Rmb4.65 billion with contracted sales area sold of about 445,400 square metres. It represents a month-on-month increase of 22% and 33% respectively. It also represents a year-on-year decrease of 36.9% and 19.6%.
For the first nine months of 2015, the accumulative contracted sales amounted to about Rmb33.85 billion with contracted sales area sold of about 2.83 million square metres.
