Yuhua Energy (02728) said it entered into sale and purchase framework agreements with two companies to purchase fuel oil.
Zhong Shang Tou Hao Jia agreed to sell to Yuhua Energy fuel oil in the target amount of not less than Rmb1,000 million from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016.
Yuhua Energy agreed to purchase from Guangzhou Bao Ta Chemical fuel oil in the target amount of not less than Rmb500 million from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016.
Besides, Yuhua Energy agreed to sell to Shanghai Ludi Petroleum and Chemical Industry Company fuel oil in the preliminary target volume of 30,000 tonnes per month for a period of one year.
