CSI Properties (00497) said its profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 30 September 2015 surged 211.9% year-on-year to HK$526 million.
Basic earnings per share were HK5.02 cents.
The revenue was HK$229 million, a decrease of 36.8% from a year earlier, which was mainly due to a decrease in sales of properties during the period.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
