Mascotte Holdings (00136) said its English name has been changed to "HengTen Networks Group Limited" with effect from 26 October.
The stock short names for trading in the shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "MASCOTTE HOLD" to "HENGTEN NET" in English with effect from 2 December.
For the six months ended 30 September 2015, Mascotte's loss attributable to owners widened to HK$218 million from HK$71.58 million for the same period last year.
Basic and diluted loss per share was HK1.23 cents.
The turnover from continuing operations amounted to HK$18.745 million, up 2% year-on-year.
The loss was mainly attributable to equity-settled share-based payments expenses of about HK$184.8 million (2014: about HK$1.2 million); and net loss in fair value of financial assets at fair value through profit or loss of about HK$24.5 million (2014: net gain of about HK$9.9 million).
No interim dividend will be distributed.
