Gemdale Properties (00535) said the Group's aggregate contracted sales for January amounted to about Rmb459 million, with an aggregate contracted sales area of about 27,600 square metres, a decrease of 28.4% and 16.1% from a year earlier.
The average selling price was around Rmb16,600 per square metre.
