Greentown China (03900) said the group sold 1,833 units with a total saleable area of about 240,000 square metres in January. Monthly sales reached about Rmb4.3 billion, with an average selling price of about Rmb17,586 per square metre.
Greentown Group recorded total contracted sales of around Rmb3.7 billion in January involving a total saleable area of 210,000 square metres, of which about Rmb1.9 billion was attributable to the Group (including Greentown China Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries).
As at 31 January 2016, in addition to contracted sales, Greentown Group recorded subscription sales of Rmb1.4 billion, of which about Rmb700 million was attributable to the Group.
