IRC Limited (01029) said Yury Trutnev, the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia and Presidential Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District visited the K&S project site and had a meeting with IRC management and the project site team.
In addition, IRC management was in discussion with Trutnev regarding potential decrease of K&S's export railway tariff by up to 38%, which could further lower its cash cost for concentrates delivered to the Chinese border.
