Jingrui Holdings (01862) said it succeeded in the public auction to acquire the land use rights of a land parcel at Lot 5, East of Xurong Road, Qingfeng Lot, Ningbo, the People's Republic of China for Rmb817 million.
The land has a site area of 32,474 square metres with planned above-ground gross floor area of not exceeding 90,927.2 square metres. It is designated for residential (with communal and supporting facilities) purpose. The land is intended to be developed as a residential project.
