Jingrui Holdings (01862) said it succeeded in the public auction to acquire the land use rights of a land parcel at Lot 2016-WG-13, Suzhou for Rmb1,550.7 million.
The land parcel has a total site area of 77,909.9 square metres with planned gross floor area and plot ratio of 78,689 square metres and 1.01. The land parcel is intended to be developed as a residential project.
