Country Garden (02007) said the Group achieved contracted sales of about Rmb64.92 billion for the four months ended 30 April 2016 with contracted sales GFA of about 8.3 million square metres, an increase of 167% and 116% over the same period last year (among which, the contracted sales and contracted sales GFA attributable to owners of the company amounted to Rmb50.26 billion and 6.83 million square metres).
In addition, during the May Day Holiday (from 30 April to 2 May, both dates inclusive), the Group together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved subscription sales of around Rmb16.01 billion with subscription sales GFA of around 1.85 million square metres (among which, the subscription sales and subscription sales GFA attributable to owners of the company amounted to Rmb12.06 billion and 1.43 million square metres).
