Oi Wah Pawnshop Credit (01319) said its profit attributable to shareholders for the year ended 29 February 2016 rose 14.1% year-on-year to HK$91.37 million.
Basic earnings per share were HK4.4 cents.
The revenue was HK$187 million, an increase of 27.4% from a year earlier.
The proposed final and special dividend is HK0.65 cent (2015: HK3 cents) and HK0.43 cent (2015: Nil) per share, payable on 31 August 2016.
