Fullshare (00607) said it entered into a letter of intent with Nanjing Jiangong Group Co., Ltd. to acquire the entire equity interest or the entire assets of the Whisper Bay Whitsundays Pty Ltd ATF Whisper Bay Whitsundays Unit Trust, Whisper Bay Views Pty Ltd ATF Whisper Bay Views Unit Trust and Whisper On The Water Pty Ltd from Nanjing Jiangong.
The principal asset of the target companies are the Mirage Whitsundays Resort, the development lands next to the Mirage Whitsundays Resort located at the Altmann Avenue, Cannonvale, Queensland, the farm lands located at Snowy Riverway, Beloka, New South Wales and the development lands located at Bloombury, Queensland. The Mirage Whitsundays Resort comprises 104 residential units and 3 resort management areas. The overall gross floor area of the Mirage Whitsundays Resort is about 24,479 square metres.
The proposed transaction will enrich the healthcare business of the Fullshare Group and provide more land resources for the Group's further development in Australia.
