China Huarong Asset Management (02799) said it agreed to issue US$700 million 2.75% guaranteed notes due 2019, US$900 million 3.25% guaranteed notes due 2021 and US$900 million 4.625% guaranteed notes due 2026.
The offering price is 99.857%, 99.507% and 99.147% of the principal amount respectively.
The estimated net proceeds of about US$2,477 million will be used for the Group's working capital and general corporate purposes.
