Jun Yang Financial (00397) said it agreed to acquire the entire issued share capital of Estate Sun Global Limited at HK$20 million from WLS Holdings (08021).
The target is principally engaged in investment holding and its principal asset is 20% equity interest of AP Assets Limited (APA). The APA Group is principally engaged in real estate agency business in particular for the sales of properties in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Upon completion, Jun Yang Financial's interest in APA will be increased to 30% from 10%.
