DTXS Silk Road Investment (00620) said it entered into a memorandum of understanding in relation to the proposed acquisition of the entire equity interest of China King Sing Lun Fung Auction Holdings Company Limited at Rmb250 million.
The target group, through Phoenixstar, is engaged in the arts and collections auction business in the PRC.
