The Lands Department said today a site, Tai Po Town Lot No. 228 at Fo Yin Road, Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po, New Territories, in the 2016-17 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
The tender invitation for the lot will commence on 3 June and close on 8 July.
Tai Po Town Lot No. 228 has a site area of about 10,646 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 22,995 square metres and 38,325 square metres.
