HK Govt to sell Tai Po & Yau Tong sites by public tender

    The Lands Department said today two residential sites in the 2016-17 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
  The two sites are Tai Po Town Lot No. 230 at Tai Po Road - Tai Po Kau, Tai Po Kau, Tai Po, New Territories, and Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 44 at the junction of Shung Shun Street and Yan Yue Wai, Yau Tong, Kowloon. The tender invitation for Tai Po Town Lot No. 230 will commence on 17 June and close on 22 July. The tender invitation for Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 44 will commence on 17 June and close on 29 July.
  Tai Po Town Lot No. 230 has a site area of about 27,735 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 14,477 square metres and 24,128 square metres.
  Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 44 has a site area of about 10,530 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel, office and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 31,590 square metres and 52,650 square metres, both including the gross floor area of a public vehicle park to be constructed by the purchaser.
