Central China Real Estate (00832) said it entered into a management entrustment contract for developing real estate project with a planned gross floor area of about 200,000 square metres for a period of 36 months.
Central China was engaged by Nanyang Wansheng Real Estate Development Company Limited for developing, operating and managing the real estate project established on a parcel of land in the east of Dushan Avenue, the south of Hanye Road and the north of Guangwu Road, Nanyang City, Henan Province of the People's Republic of China, which Central China would charge royalty fee and performance fee in return.
