UBA Investments (00768) said it reported a loss attributable to equity holders of HK$10.17 million for the year ended 31 March 2016, as compared to the profit of HK$66.88 million for the previous financial year.
Basic and diluted loss per share was HK0.96 cent.
The turnover was HK$323 million, a decrease of 2.4% from a year earlier, which was resulted from the decreasing transaction volume in Hang Seng Index since third quarter of 2015 as compared with corresponding period.
No final dividend will be distributed.
