Eagle Nice (02368) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 March 2016 rose 19% year-on-year to HK$125 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK25 cents.
The revenue was HK$1,535 million, an increase of 1.2% from a year earlier. Gross profit margin increased from 17.5% to 20%.
The proposed final dividend is HK5 cents (2015: HK6.5 cents) per share, payable on 8 September 2016.
