Bauhaus International (00483) said its net profit attributable to equity holders for the year ended 31 March 2016 dropped 59.1% year-on-year to HK$52.95 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK14.4 cents.
The revenue was HK$1,513 million, a decrease of 5% from a year earlier.
Gross profit decreased 7.9% to HK$893 million. Gross margin reduced to about 59% from 60.9%.
The proposed final dividend is HK6 cents (2015: HK13.5 cents) per share, payable on or before 23 September 2016.
