Zhong Ao Home (01538) said its profit attributable to owners for the three months ended 31 March 2016 plunged 93.3% year-on-year to Rmb953,000.
The revenue was Rmb129 million, an increase of 38.3% from a year earlier.
Gross profit grew 30.9% year-on-year to Rmb44.13 million. The overall gross profit margin slightly decreased from 36% to 34.1%, which was due primarily to the gross loss incurred in community O2O platform.
