Courage Marine (01145) said its subsidiary Shenzhen Poly EZbuy Company Limited entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Myholong Information Technology Company Limited, an e-commerce service platform in the People's Republic of China.
Shenzhen Myholong shall, inter alia, provide the sales platforms in the PRC for the sale of the imported goods of Shenzhen Poly EZbuy and in return earn a commission on each sales order successfully placed through their sales platforms. The cooperation agreement shall be valid for a term of one year from 27 June 2016 to 26 June 2017 and shall be automatically extended for successive one year period unless a termination notice is served.
Shenzhen Poly EZbuy is engaged in the business of, inter alia, the provision of logistics, custom clearance and auxiliary services and import and export of goods in the PRC. Shenzhen Myholong is a well-established e-commerce service platform which aims to provide e-commerce services for rural areas in the PRC, and operates an online shopping platform (www.51mhl.com).
