Pico Far East (00752) said its profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 30 April 2016 rose 17.9% year-on-year to HK$129 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK10.54 cents and HK10.53 cents.
The turnover was HK$2,025 million, an increase of 7.4% from a year earlier.
The proposed interim dividend is HK4.5 cents (2015: HK4.5 cents) per share, payable on 28 July.
