China Gas (00384) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 31 March 2016 dropped 32.6% year-on-year to HK$2,273 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK45.79 cents.
The revenue was HK$29,138.5 million, a decrease of 8% from a year earlier.
Gross profit grew 8.9% year-on-year to HK$7,033 million. Overall gross profit margin rose to 24.1% from 20.4%.
The proposed final dividend is HK14.46 cents per share, payable on or about 30 September 2016.
