Vongroup (00318) said it reported a profit attributable to the owners of HK$8.36 million for the year ended 30 April 2016, as compared to the loss of HK$6.66 million for the previous financial year.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK5.35 cents.
Revenue from continuing operations amounted to HK$11.97 million, a decrease of 11.3% from a year earlier.
No final dividend will be distributed.
