Power Assets (00006) said its profit attributable to equity shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2016 rose 7.4% year-on-year to HK$3,476 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK$1.63.
The revenue was HK$629 million, an increase of 0.5% from a year earlier.
The proposed interim dividend is HK70 cents (2015: HK68 cents) per share, payable on 7 September 2016.
