ASM Pacific Technology (00522) said its profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 30 June 2016 dropped 31.8% year-on-year to HK$493 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK$1.22.
The revenue was HK$6,531 million, a decrease of 4.2% from a year earlier. Gross profit dropped 6% to HK$2,380 million.
For the second quarter ended 30 June 2016, ASM Pacific's profit attributable to owners dropped 18% year-on-year to HK$359 million.
The proposed interim dividend is HK80 cents (2015: HK$1) per share, payable on or about 29 August.
