Sino Biopharmaceutical (01177) said Xu Xiaoyang has tendered his resignation as an executive director, a member of the Executive Board Committee and the Chief Executive Officer, in order to focus on his other business and personal commitments, with effect from 31 July 2016.
Executive director Tse Ping has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer with effect from the same day. Tse is the founder of the Group and has more than 23 years of experience in the investment and management in pharmaceutical industry in China, having been steering the Group's reform and innovation and robust growth.
