The Lands Department said today the tender for a site, Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 44 at the junction of Shung Shun Street and Yan Yue Wai, Yau Tong, Kowloon, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, Massive Leader Limited (parent company: Minmetals Land (00230)), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of HK$4,006 million.
Yau Tong Inland Lot No. 44 has a site area of about 10,530 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding godown, hotel, office and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 31,590 square metres and 52,650 square metres, both including the gross floor area of a public vehicle park to be constructed by the purchaser.
