Hans Energy (00554) said its loss attributable to equity shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2016 narrowed to HK$43.95 million from HK$54.11 million for the same period in 2015.
Basic and diluted loss per share was HK1.18 cents.
The revenue was HK$110 million, an increase of 4.6% from a year earlier. The improvements were attributable to the higher utilization of storage facilities in the first half of 2016. The gross margin improved from 10% to 16.3%.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
