Shenzhen International (00152) said its profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended 30 June 2016 dropped 53.8% year-on-year to HK$632 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK$0.33.
The revenue was HK$3,578 million, an increase of 22.1% from a year earlier.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
