China Motor Bus (00026) said its profit after taxation attributable to shareholders for the year ended 30 June 2016 dropped 24.9% year-on-year to HK$349 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK$7.71.
The turnover was HK$91.64 million, a decrease of 5.2% from a year earlier.
The proposed final and special dividend is HK10 cents (2015: HK10 cents) and HK$1.4 (2015: HK$1.3) per share, payable on 25 January 2017.
