HK Govt to sell Kwun Tong & Kai Tak sites by public tender

    The Lands Department said today a residential site and a commercial site in the 2016-17 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
  The two sites are New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6584 off Sin Fat Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, and New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6557 at Kai Tak Area 1E Site 2, Kowloon. The tender invitation for New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6584 will commence on 30 September and close on 11 November. The tender invitation for New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6557 will commence on 30 September and close on 18 November.
  New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6584 has a site area of about 18,261 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 46,073 square metres and 76,788 square metres.
  New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 6557 has a site area of about 14,159 square metres and is designated for non-industrial (excluding residential, godown and petrol filling station) purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 61,167 square metres and 101,944 square metres, both including the gross floor area of a public vehicle park to be constructed by the purchaser.
