Siberian Mining (01142) said its loss attributable to owners for the year ended 31 March 2016 narrowed to HK$459.9 million from HK$601 million for the previous financial year.
Basic and diluted loss per share was HK90 cents.
The turnover was HK$1.824 million, a decrease of 18.1% from a year earlier. The reduction is mainly due to keen competition in steel trading in the Korean market.
No final dividend will be distributed.
Siberian Mining had applied for the resumption of trading in shares this morning.
