Carnival Group (00996) said it received a letter of tender acceptance for the purchase of a property located at Nos. 16A-16D Shouson Hill Road, Hong Kong at HK$1,300 million.
The property has a net site area of about 49,773 square feet and redevelopment gross floor area of about 22,397.85 square feet. It is designated for residential purpose.
In view of the demands in luxury residential property market in Hong Kong, together with the Group's experience in real estate projects in the People's Republic of China, Carnival Group believes the acquisition will allow the Group to capture future capital appreciation.
