China Development Bank Financial Leasing (01606) said it has recently received the approval from the China Banking Regulatory Commission to establish China Development Bank Aviation Financial Leasing Company Limited in Ireland, with its own funds to make a capital contribution of US$50 million or equivalent foreign currency and hold 100% equity interests of CDB Aviation Financial Leasing.
The company plans to use CDB Aviation Financial Leasing as the holding company for its overseas special purpose companies.
