Goldin Financial (00530) said its profit attributable to owners for the year ended 30 June 2016 dropped 26.4% year-on-year to HK$893 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were HK12.78 cents and HK12.56 cents.
The revenue was HK$624 million, an increase of 8.8% from a year earlier. Gross profit fell 17.7% year-on-year to HK$348 million.
No final dividend will be distributed.
