Minmetals Land (00230) said its contracted sales in the first nine months of 2016 reached about Rmb10.13 billion and contracted gross floor area sold amounted to about 497,000 square metres, which represented year-on-year growth of 72.3% and 68.7% respectively.
Total numbers of units sold during the period were 4,795, up 89.2% year-on-year and the average selling price reached about Rmb20,400 per square metre, up 2.2% year-on-year.
As of the end of September 2016, Minmetals Land's contracted sales has exceeded its annual contracted sales target of Rmb9 billion by 12.6%.
