Shui On Land (00272) said its contracted property sales amounted to Rmb374 million in November, a decrease of 36.6% from a year earlier, for a gross floor area (GFA) of 20,600 square metres and 159 units of carpark. The average selling price was Rmb18,100 per square metre.
Accumulated contracted property sales and other assets disposal amounted to Rmb22,770 million for the first eleven months of 2016, up 56% year-on-year, comprising residential property sales of Rmb16,129 million, commercial property sales of Rmb4,948 million and other assets disposal of Rmb1,693 million. Aggregated GFA sold reached 937,300 square metres, up 89% year-on-year, with the average selling price of Rmb24,300 per square metre. In addition, 620 units of carpark were sold for the first eleven months of 2016.
As of 30 November 2016, the Group had recorded a total amount of Rmb1,529 million of subscribed property sales, which is expected to be subsequently turned into contracted property sales in the following months.
