Country Garden (02007) said the group achieved contracted sales of about Rmb288.14 billion for the eleven months ended 30 November 2016, an increase of 149% over the same period last year, with contracted sales GFA of about 35.27 million square metres.
Among which, the contracted sales and contracted sales GFA attributable to owners of the company amounted to Rmb219.2 billion and 28.04 million square metres.
