Gemdale Properties (00535) said the group's contracted sales for November amounted to about Rmb2,966 million, an increase of 178% from a year earlier, with contracted sales area of about 150,000 square metres. The average selling price was about Rmb19,800 per square metre.
For the first 11 months of 2016, the aggregate contracted sales amounted to about Rmb18,885 million, up 112% year-on-year, and the aggregate contracted sales area amounted to about 1.05 million square metres.
