Agile Group (03383) said the pre-sales value of the group was Rmb3.12 billion in November, a decrease of 30.4% from a year earlier, with corresponding gross floor area (GFA) pre-sold of 327,000 square metres. The average selling price was Rmb9,556 per square metre.
For the eleven months ended 30 November 2016, the accumulated pre-sales value of the group was Rmb49.58 billion, an increase of 30.1% over the same period last year, with corresponding GFA pre-sold of about 5.06 million square metres. The average selling price was Rmb9,806 per square metre.
