Yuexiu Property (00123) said its contracted sales (including contracted sales by joint venture projects) amounted to about Rmb2,016 million in November with corresponding gross floor area (GFA) of about 122,200 square metres, a decrease of about 11% and 43% from a year earlier.
For the first eleven months of 2016, the accumulated contracted sales and corresponding GFA amounted to about Rmb26,877 million and 2.16 million square metres, an increase of 22% and 7% over the same period last year. The value of the accumulated contracted sales accounted for about 104% of the 2016 contracted sales target of Rmb25.8 billion.
