Central China Real Estate (00832) said it entered into management entrustment contracts for developing real estate projects with Henan Jigang Real Estate Development Company Limited and Henan Furen Real Estate Development Limited respectively.
Central China was engaged by Henan Jigang for developing, operating and managing the real estate project established on a parcel of land in the east of Tangdi Road, the west of Guandi Street South and the south of Yuchuan Street, Jiyuan City, Henan Province of the People's Republic of China (the PRC), which Central China would charge royalty fee and performance fee in return.
Central China was also engaged by Henan Furen for developing, operating and managing the real estate project established on a parcel of land in the west of Minglu Road and the south of Weizhen Road, Luyi Xian, Zhoukou City, Henan Province of the PRC, which Central China would charge royalty fee and performance fee in return.
