China Resources Land (01109) said the Group acquired nine land parcels in Shenyang, Changsha, Ganzhou, Fuzhou, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Qingdao and Ningbo with total gross floor area of about 2.34 million square metres in December.
The attributable land premium payable by the Group in respect of the relevant land acquisitions amounted to about Rmb11,269 million.
