Tianyi (Summi) Holdings (00756) said its profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 31 December 2016 rose 14.4% year-on-year to Rmb45.93 million.
Basic and diluted earnings per share were Rmb3.41 cents.
The revenue was Rmb293 million, an increase of 5.1% from a year earlier. The gross profit margin of the Group increased to 39.1% from 36%.
No interim dividend will be distributed.
